Job Description

Job Summary for Associate Stylist

Enhance your skill set by working with Experience Stylist on salon guests. Build a clientele by serving request clients while in our Training program. Attain confidence by participating in every service that is done in the salon. Improve guest communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare work tickets for the day.
  • Help your educator with color application, other chemical services, conditioning treatments, shampooing and station readiness.
  • Help keep work areas clean and organized.
  • On opportunity shift and/or day, perform client services on clients who request you.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Current Cosmetology or Barber license for the State of Tennessee.
  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
