Pricing
We are a level Salon. Our Service Provider’s prices are based on the demand on their time, education and experience. Please call to speak with one of our Front Desk Customer Service Experts to help find the right Service Provider for you.
Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty.If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.
Chemical Service
Chemical services require 50% deposit. Please see Cancelation Policy.
Cancelation Policy
Due to the demand of our Service Providers time, our cancellation policy is as follows:
A 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
After two cancellations (that are less than a 24 hour notice) or missed appointments, a 100% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient.
